4. Acceptable Use

Users are prohibited from using BoltByte services for:

• Any illegal activities under Indian or international law.
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
• Hosting malware, viruses, or phishing content.
• Cryptocurrency mining on game server resources.

5. Resource Usage

While we offer "unmetered" bandwidth on certain plans, this is subject to fair use. Excessive resource usage that impacts other users may result in temporary suspension or limitations.

6. Limitation of Liability

BoltByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
