1. 24-Hour Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to the first service purchased by a customer. Subsequent purchases or renewals are not eligible for refunds under the 24-hour guarantee.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Dedicated IP addresses.
- Domain registrations.
- Add-on services already provisioned.
- Services suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee in a given month, customers may be eligible for service credits proportional to the downtime.
5. Claiming Credits
To claim SLA credits, you must open a support ticket within 7 days of the downtime event. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
